for some reason we cannot connect up via the ring main in the house. Connection is fine when both are plugged into the router (unsurprising I know:p) but if we try to activate wireless connection the ethernet refuses to link. Tried the helpdesk but they kept insisting we attempt to pair the device. The wirelesss router works fine for connecting devices but unable to get link for the powerline. Any ideas????:confused:
