Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.4

Im having a problem with my deco M4R we have three of them in a one story home and they will randomly go red for a few moment and then return to normal with no problems after a few seconds, it happens often and i have tried to reboot all of them I've also switched the main decos and tried creating a whole new network and can't seem to figure out anything to fix the problem.

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider and how about the model number of your cable modem?

When M4 was disconnected and turned red, was the cable modem still working? or if you connect the laptop via cable to the modem directly, are you able to get internet service?

Please also check the IPV4 settings on the Deco APP>More>Advanced to see if it is still able to get a valid IP address when Deco turned red?
