Model: Archer C4000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I recently moved from bt halo2 to bt full fibre and now I have devices that intermittently loose their wifi connection, prior to upgrading the broadband I had no issues with the router it has been as solid as a rock. I have now put in the bt smart hub 2 as a test and things now seem to be stable with no dropouts as yet. has anyone else had an issue like this? I dont know if there are any addidional settings that need configured on the archer for full fibre but I wouldnt have thought so.

@MrArcher4000

Hello, please verify if it is the C4000 losing connection from the BT fibre or the wireless client devices losing connection from C4000.

If it is the former, please follow the guide to troubleshoot: [Troubleshooting] Router Disconnects from Internet.

If it is the latter, go through this guide to modify and check the settings: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/722/.
