Hello, I have DIGI as my 4G internet company and I cannot connect without having the roaming setting in my router. For that matter I am consuming "roaming DATA" that it is not unlimited... nevertheless my cellular DATA is UNLIMITED and I am not able to use any of it.

Any idea?

Any solution?

Thanks! :)

Hi, may I know where you purchased the DIGI SIM card and where you are using it? Based on your description, it seems that your SIM card is in roaming status, that is why the router cannot connect internet without roaming function enabled.

In addition, please check the ISP name on the Advanced->Status page to see if it shows DIGI or any other carrier. And please test the same SIM card on another 4G device to see if it also works under roaming status only.
