Solution Devices behind Archer AX73 failed to connect to the PPTP VPN Server [RESOLVED]

This issue described in this article has been addressed and fixed within the latest official firmware, please check for the updates on the router web GUI or via the Tether App, or download and install the latest official version from the local website.

Issue Description/Phenomenon:
After upgrading the router firmware to 1.2.0 Build 20211222 rel.74632, the devices (e.g. computers and phones) behind AX73 can no longer connect to the PPTP VPN Server. It used to work fine with the previous firmware. The typical topology is shown in the following picture.
When these devices connect directly to the ISP modem bypass AX73 or use mobile data, they can connect to the PPTP VPN Server without an issue.
Available Solutions:
1. Update and install the latest official firmware on the AX73.
2. If the clients still fail to connect to the PPTP VPN Server, please check and enable the PPTP Passthrough (Advanced > Security > ALG page) as follows:
