Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 0.7.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 210313 Rel.74106n

This device keep dropping VDSL sync

Located in Australia.

Superloop ISP.

How can this be fixed please?

Current DSL settings are:

VDSL2

Annex A

SRA enabled

Hi, sorry for the delay.

If you are still troubled by the unstable DSL connection, could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. How often did the DSL connection drop out?

2. Would the internet and DSL lights turn off during the disconnection?

3. Could you please send a screenshot of the advanced>status page after the internet dropped out?

4. Please also save the system logs on the VR2800 when the internet was disconnected.
