I have my switch connected to a Archer C4000. There is however no network connectivity from any device connected to this switch.  

 

I have tested the ethernet cables and they all function. This switch was to replace a much older one which allowed all devices to have network connectivity. 

 

Edit:

With my much older switch, all devices were able to ping the gateway just fine. In the case of this new switch, no device can reach the gateway

This device should be plug and play with no configuration required, therefore if you have checked cables and all that.. then sadly it could be a bad device.

 

See if your reseller will swop it for you
