I just subscribe for a 2 x 1 Gps

Not sure if i can get the maximum benefit from using switch.

Current setup.

- ASUS zenwifi AC-CT8 (using wifi mesh)

- Using ONT to Asus Main Node followed by Asus main node Lan 1 to Asus node 2 & Lan 2 to TV

Thinking of using

- ONT to 2x to switch and 1x to TV to switch 1x to Asus node 1 and 1 x to Asus node 2

Question: will it work? Or is there a better setup

Hey

Am i correct in reading that you have subscribed for 2x 1gbps internet connections?

If so you cannot connect an ONT stright to a switch, it needs a router in there first. If you do have 2x internet connections coming in you would need a load balancing router, something like the ER605 would be a good choice. This can handle up to 4x 1gbps internet connections.

Hopefully that is what you meant?
