I yesterday bought this router

 

 

How to setup my router then ?

It used to say device is offline for Tp-Link cloud services

and My laptop is connected and have internet through lan-wire

my android devices -> Connected, no internet

 

Whats real problem ?

How to resolve it ?

Hi, I think the router might be bound to another email account before.

Have you reset the router before installation, holding the reset pinhole for 10s?

If you have done that already, but still had the same error, please leave me a private message about the MAC address of the modem.
