I recently prechused archer vr400 v2 , and i created account tplink id , but when i try to bound the router with my account i got this massage # This router is bound to another TP-Link ID. Please log in with router's password, or contact the router's owner to add your TP-Link ID as a manager#

I am already preform the factory reset twice ,and the issue still remain 

Please help me to fix this problem
