WR1043Nd constant disconnecting.

Hi all
I have bought a WR1043ND router, it has been set an running properly. It keeps disconnecting all my devices for no reason, then laptop or devices cant reconnet again. So i
turn it off then back on again, it then works again for half hour or so. Also it keeps saying devices are ip conflicting. I have never had this problem before with any other router i have owned.
Any help would be welcome.
