Speed problem

Hello folks,
Just bought the TL-WR1042ND wireless router and i'm having some problems with the download/upload speed. When i connect at the internet trough the router, the download speed barely reaches 5 mbps, when the pc-router connection is made trough the ethernet cable, and the wireless download speed is 11mpbs. If i connect directly to the ISP, without using the router, the download speed is aprox 65 mbps.
i used speedtest net for testing the speed, as you can see in the print screen shots, and the server that i used for the test it is also in Romania/Bucharest.
some help please?
