my internet service provider gives 100 Mbps but my torrent is downloading in 10 Mbps. but speed test says 50 mbps. ethernet is in 100 Mbps. please help me. windows 10 64 bit.
my pc doesn't get a cd drive so I downloaded the driver from the web, not in the official site. and the driver is not installing in kali linux kerene 4.19.0

What is the operating system of your computer? If it is linux, please tell me the kernel version.
If it is the Windows 10 computer, how far away between the computer and the main router? What about the wifi signal strength?

If still the same, please change another USB port on the Windows 10 computer.
Meanwhile, the chipset of the 823N V3 is Realtek RTL8192EU, try to find a public driver online.
After that, please run a speed test on your laptop and show us the test results.
