Model: AC500  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.7 Build 210308 Rel.60033n(5553)

This router is new less then 3 months and it wont stay connected to my ISP or wont connect to my devices. My ISP says they see lan disconnects I'm lost.(help) I've done all of the usual reset the device flush dns restart all devices

https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c80/#Firmware
