No it’s not from your tv it’s from these bad routers vr600 v3 vr300 TD-w9970 v4 same problem on three routers I tried all of them same error pkts same unfortunately disconnecting until reboot the router my line is good I have no problem with line

Same problem with this beta firmware huge packet loss with suddenly disconnected pppoe freeze on connecting until reboot and it work 1 hours and it back connecting

I see you mentioned both VR600,VR300 and TD-W9960 and do you have all three models?

May i know who is your internet service provider?

Can you send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1.A screenshot of the upload error on the DSL status.

2.Can I have some screenshots of Status page under Advanced before and after the PPPoE disconnection.

3.Please aso save the system log under Advanced>system tools before restarting the modem.

Yes I bought all of them same problem but when i try td-w9770 v1 no packet loss fast internet no problem but all of these three routers same problem but vr 600 on v 1.4 keep disconnecting after 3 hours of working on internet i sent to engineer  logs and data but he didn't solve the problem

Hi,

 

As mentioned in the subject, I have a repetitive issue with error (pkts) huge increase.

 

Details:

* Archer VR400 V3.
* My ISP is Algerie Telecom (Algeria).
* Usually after 12 hours the problem appears, a reboot will restore the full speed.

 

I already downloaded/installed the beta firmware 1.8.0 build 211025 (unfortunately same issue)

I've had the VR600 V3 for 3 days and I'm having the same issue. Constant errors and high MS and connection warnings in Overwatch. I'm going to try the beta firmware now but if that doesn't work I'm sending it back to Amazon for a refund.
