Model: Archer AX10

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20210421 Rel. 64516(5553)

I am trying to improve my WiFi settings and when I switched to 802.11ax only I found I could not get my devices to connect. I was able to switch to 802.11 a/n/ac/ax and my devices could connect. Are there any additional settings I need to check to get my devices compatible with this? I thought 802.11ax worked with my devices. Is there a tool I can use check my devices?

Hi,

Can you tell us the names and model numbers of your client devices?

For devices like smartphones and tablets you can check the specs on the Internet, for example on sites like www.gsmarena.com.

If your device is a WIndows computer, then run the command "netsh wlan show drivers" on the command prompt and look for the line "Radio types supported".
