Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200827

I have a galaxy s20(wifi 6 supported) Device At the time of setup I can see wifi 6 icon on the 2.4 GHz band but after using 3 days of using it I can't see it on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz its working fine So whats the issue?

Hello, the Archer AX10 only support Wi-Fi 6 for the 5GHz connection, 2.4GHz only supports 11n and it doesn't support Wi-Fi 6. Please confirm again if you were connected to the 5GHz. If possible, you may disable the 5GHz and only leave the 2.4GHz to confirm.
