Hi all,

I switched from Router to AP mode and it isn't working. I went into my app to revert back to router mode and it is not letting me do it. The best way I can describe it is neither option is "clickable" in my app anymore... so I'm stuck.

Is there a hard reset or something that I can do to start over?

Hi, Can I have a picture that neither options works on your App？

Would there be any error message？

After that, there is a reset button at the bottom of the Deco, please hold it for 1s then it would revert back to the default settings;
