hi again
first,... I bought grimper tool + SMA sockets but it didn't go well :) , so I was forced to buy another cable from the purchaser (it's because it took so long to respond)
I tested my modem with 1 and 2 Lpda antenna and the result showed that it is possible to connect to 4G+ with 1 external antenna and 1 original antenna but the quality of signal and net speed are less than using 2 Lpda antennas...
I suggest you, before planning to buy another Lpda antenna (if you wish to buy ;) check the availability of 4G+ in your area with another device like your smartphone (make sure that it supports 4g+)
and about Lpda antenna... a little bit change in direction will make great difference in signal quality and speed...
hope you get a good internet quality and speed ;)

@sinatrok Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. Hope you are enjoying with the speed.
To answer your question, Yes i have 4G+ available in my area. I tested it with 3 different samsung phones. Both on Jio and Airtel. Its not constant always. Its switching between 4g+ and 4G.
With one LPDA antenna i am getting the signal strength between 75% to 100%. It varies on multiple factors. (My observation, i feel the wind speed matters somehow).
But in the router configuration the i didn't see the 4G+ sign anytime.
Regarding the speed, i am getting 17Mbps downlod and 9 Mbps upload with Airtel. I tried rotating the antenna 15 degree across all the directions, and in one direction i am getting this speed. In all other directions its always less than 8Mbps.
With the Jio most of the time the speed in my area is within 5Mbps. In mobile with 4G+ the speed reach close to 8Mbps.
I am able to attend Zoom calls and screen sharing works fine. Only when i turn on video calls, its somewhat breaking. Do you feel buying one more LPDA will increase some more speed?
In your area what was the signal when you put the default antenna vs LPDA antenna?

HI dear... Thanks, I'm having fun with this speed lol
I did run a test for you to show difference between no vs 1 vs 2 LPDA antennas... here is the results
antenna | band | mode | RSRP | RSRQ | download speed test by IDM |
No LPDA | 3 | 4G | -89 | -12 | 2 ~ 2.5 Mbytes/s |
No LPDA | 7 | 4G | -98 | -14 | 4 ~ 4.5 Mbytes/s |
1 LPDA | 3 | 4G | -77 | -12 | 3 ~ 3.5 Mbytes/s |
1 LPDA | 7 | 4G | -77 | -14 | 4 ~ 4.5 Mbytes/s |
1 LPDA | 3 | 4G+ | -77 | -12 | 4 ~ 4.5 Mbytes/s |
2 LPDAs | 3,7 | 4G+ | -72 | -12 | 4.5 ~ 5 Mbytes/s |
2 LPDAs | 7 | 4G+ | -72 | -13 | 5.5 ~ 6 Mbytes/s |
the best speed that I've experienced was 8 MBytes/s in the middle of night (4 a.m)
I cant say it's crucial to use 2 LPDA but in my experience and some videos on youtube it's better to use 2... before that try to test different bands manually (I have far better speed in band 7)
hope that it helps you decide.
wishing you all the best...

Thank you for taking time and replying to me with the details. It really helps.
With your data i see not much difference between LPDA 1 and LPDA 2 setup.
I too tried with single band lock by manually searching it. The band 40 really gives good speed. Above 10 Mbps most of the times. But the signal is not that good even with LPDA antenna.
Once again thanks a lot for your time and reply. Hopefully our posts may help someone else in the community as well.

Hello
I have found way which will work 70% of time for locking multiple band and getting 4g+ in mr600 v2.
Steps:
1. Select band manually (only 2 band you want to do CA (3+5 working for me)
2. Reboot the device
3. Check the status

Please let me know if it is working for you.

@SR1646 i'll try same method (choose band: for me 3,20) save and restart my MR600 V2. for ten minutes router show band 3,20 then (i'm looking for this to 2 hours) only band 20. nothing change in my antenna config (now an original of tp-link and a outdoor omnidirectional 12dBi and 5 meter of SMA cable). you think that i could add another antenna of my archer to have both band always present? another question, is possible to receive name of LTE tower that i'm connecting now (like Hauwei router)?
