So when someone from a telecommunications company called Globe asked us if we want to upgrade our internet connection, alongside with the upgrade, they gave out 2 Deco M5 models for free. When I used the first one, it is fine and helps me with my online classes. When we used the 2nd one after 3 weeks, the blinking stopped and I tried to use other wires to see if it will lit up but nothing happens. What can I do to fix it?

Which LED are you referring to and can I have a picture of it?

Have you tried to hold the reset button for 1s to reset it and add it again on the APP to see what happened?

Whenever deco is plugged, it lights up right? but yesterday it didn't light up at all there's no yellow, blue, green or red. It seems like it is dead
