Hello,

Plugged one of my three decos into a bad USB-C lead, it had been squashed and i hadnt realised. I have now replaced the lead and charger and getting nothign from the Deco, not powering on or anything, isnt reconised by a PC either?

The USB-C port looks fine, nothign looks damaged on any of the pins.

Is there a failsafe fuse or anything like that in these devices? Reset button doesnt seem to do anything either.

Is it dead or is there any recovery?

Yup, opened it up, cannot see anything obvious and no smells. Wanted to ask before i start messing around with it anymore. Dont think its in warrenty, but even if it was its damage and my fault so dont want to put it though. be nice if they would accept it for repair if its economical to repair. Cheers
