When I have turn on Wifi 2,4 GHz and 5GHz my chromecast is not working and I do not see the cast on my mobile. When I turn off 5GHz it is working good!
Can anyone help me why this is?

Have you checked on the 5ghz is enabled, which wireless band is on the Chromecast as well as your mobile devices, like all on 5ghz, one on 2.4ghz and one on 5ghz?
Would turning off the fast roaming, beam forming on the Deco APP, as well as the Mesh technology on the Chromecast make any difference?
