RE450 Firmware update. Configuration web doesn't work
Hi!
I recently updated to the last firmware.
The extender seems to work, but when connecting to its web for configuration, after login, no option works.
Whether you click "basic", "Advanced", "Quick set up" or "settings", you get a web page with the text "The requested URL was not found on this server."
Thanks!
Joan Carles

I think I got it!
This morning I connected to the extender with a PC that had never connected to it before. It worked!!.
Back to the PC where it did'nt work and tried again. No success.
Cleaned web cache (no need cleaning cookies). It worked!!
I hope this helps you.

I managed to solve the problem too.
It took me 2 hours this morning. While trying to connect to RE450 using my iPad (iPadOS 14.4) and the web interface with Safari I refreshed the page "tplinkrepeater.net". Then appeared the tp-link main menu. Afterwards I followed the instructions and completed the setup. Now it works fine.
Therefor I think that the problem was at the internet page and not the RE450.

I have the same problem.
I upgraded RE450 V3 to firmware re450v3_un-up-ver1-0-2-P1[20201203-rel80349] yesterday.
Since then the only thing i can do is connect to TP-Link_Extender_2.4GHz or TP-Link_Extender_5GHz and change the password.
I Login and see the menu bar (horizontal) and whatever button i chose I get back to the Welcome page where I must re-enter the password.
When i press the reset button it starts again the same.
So the extender is unusable.

Hi Ilias!
First things first. My name is Joan Carles (all of it first name) and I am catalan, from Barcelona. Very pleased to meet you.
About the extender: I connect to it using its local IP (I fixed it's IP address). So I guess the configuration web is served by the extender. Maybe that the setup you executed refreshed your browser cache. I don't know. What I amb sure about is that I did not configurate it again and found the same configuration it had before firmware update.
I had the opportunity to go to Greece for business. I cannot remember the name of the village. It was quite large in the coast about 1 hour driving away from Athens. Near Charilaos Trikoupis. What surprised me the most is that the highway was under construction, so instead of three lanes there was about 1 and a half. I was driving at legal speed and then a trailer overtook me!.
