I just bought a TP-Link AC750 Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Router and model Archer MR200.

I'm pretty damn sure yesterday, it was really smooth. I even got 40mbps average.

I'm not sure why today, I can't even open Google / YouTube and can't even ping6 any websites. The speed dropped to 200kbps average.

Please help, where do I get support for this? Should I report to Ubuntu or Kernel team, or TP-link? I'm downloading Windows 10 right now just to make sure the driver is doing fine and the problem is only with

@Kevin_Z Thank you for your reply.

Just so you know, I already sold my MR200 and bought a M7650 4G LTE-Advance 600 Mbps. Everything is super smooth right now. The speed is ok.

Actually, I think previously, the issues was with my ISP. They are repairing some broken underwater cables.

Also, I think the simcard tray slot design for MR200 is a flaw.

I tried to insert an empty tray without the simcard and eventually it got stuck. So, I panicked didn't know what to do. I went to do some research on YouTube and saw this guy using pen knife and pushed the sim tray. I did that, it didn't work and I forced the tray out by pulling it out. I think I broke some of the metals inside there. So, the next thing I know it shows Sim Card Not Detected. Lol. Lucky for me, it was 6-days old and I sent it back to the retailer without telling them it was user error. I got my refund and topup to get an M7650 instead.

@sudoranger

Hi, please try to connect different computers or phones to the MR200 network, then confirm if the connection and speed is normal, just as you assumed, it's not clear if the issue lies on the Linux system or the network on the MR200.

@sudoranger

surpriseemmmm. Be careful with the inserting and pulling out the SIM card on the device next time.

Anyway, it's glad to know your issue is resolved. Good day.
