I have a M7650(EU) ver 1.1 which is running firmware 1.0.13 Build 180808 Rel.1056n. It refuses to connect to the cellular network (Etisalat in the U.A.E.). Even if I try doing a manual network search, it gives me a strange error. 

I thought maybe the firmware is old so I tried to update it using the M7650(EU)_V1.1_201110 firmware file but it refuses to accept that saying the firmware is not for this model. 

Can you please help me out?

I have the same issue with a M7650 firmware installed is: 1.1.6 Build 180723 Rel.1022n and can't update with the zip files on tplink support site.

Can you PM the right file to do the update please (or email to arjz@live.fr) ?

I would like to update with M7650(EU)_V1.1_1.1.9 Build 220418 or M7650(EU)_V1.1_201110

run software as administrator 

disable any antivirus software and firewall

carefully keep sequence mentioned in txt file

sometimes firmware starts after pc reboot or multiple router reboot

and use good usb data cable

Done all that. Program does not connect to Router. I have installed universal ADB drivers also. It simply won't connect
