Hi All,

I have purchased MR6400 and have been using it in jio sim, it shows great improvement in terms of speed when compared to any phone or jiofi modems, but from day one i am not able to send or receive any message. In system log it shows error code 56. I have tried nearly 3-4 firmware from this forum and tplink download centre but the problem has still not solved. Please reply if you have any solution to this.

Are you saying you have an issue with both sending and receiving SMS? Can I have a screenshot of the SMS page? Is it showing some numbers but turns blank when you click it?

 

Would reset temporally fix the issue?

 

If you put the SIM card into your phone, will you be able to send and receive messages?

Yes, i am facing issues in both sending and receiving message.I have already tried resetting my device and yes this sim works well in any mobile device.
