Deco x20 second device stopped working after I updated the firmware and now it is not connecting to main deco device I many solutions but it is not connecting and lastly I reset it but not luck it still not connecting to the second device
Hello, may I know the LED status on this X20? It's recommended to unplug this unit for minutes and then plug it back, wait another two minutes and then reset it again.
Then try to reconfigure it and confirm which step did you get stuck with, show us the screenshot on the Deco app:
