Deco x20 showing smart device
I have Tapo P100 plugs and I can't get them to show on the deco app.
i have selected the plus, to find them but nothings. What is going wrong.
I have the latested film ward so don't know what's wrong.
they are on the network so can't see why they don't show in bottom part

Hi, Do you mean when you add Tapo P100 under "Smart Home", Deco APP reported "The current firmware version of the Deco router is not supported. Please check if there is a newer version and update before continuing"?
If yes, please refer to Q3 under Smart Home in the Deco APP.
Deco X20_V2 with the latest firmware 1.2.5 doesn't support KLAP yet and would still need a future firmware upgrade.
