Hi @David-TP ,
I have the same issue with my Deco x50 on zScaler (you can find info about it on Google). I use Deco as WIfy router with default configuration.
Do you have any updates, because it is not possible to work with this hardware?

I have the same issue with my Deco X20 and Zscaler.
I have updated the DNS as per suggestion and it is still not working.
