My router only shows power LED light

I just got back to work and I find that my wifi router only shows power LED. I've verified that my Sim is still in connection, tried reseting and no other LEDs lights showing

What is the model number for your TP-Link device?
May I know where are you located and how long have you had the device？
Have you tried to reset the router by holding the reset pinhole for 10s?
