I got a TL-MR3220, stock firmware, I am using a more powerful power supply (0.15 amp more) for it, as I don't have the original, it doesn't do nothing, just sits there, with a green power led

Test with another power supply 9VDC/0.85A or similar 9VDC to exclude PSU problem.
If it still doesn't work try resetting the modem by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds.
If nothing helps then probably your modem has failed and you need a replacement.
