I have today installed a DECO M5 network. Works really great with the WIFI in the whole house.

BUT, it doesn't work to connect our TV Digital box via the DECO network to our router. The TV box gives fault number 711 - can not reach router.

I suppose there are some settings in DECO that need to change to get this to work.

IVP4?

IPTV?

VLAN?

MAC Kloning

Does anyone know?

Hello, may I know how did the TV Digital box work before with your old router? Did it require any special settings on the network?

Is it now connected to the main Deco M5 with an Ethernet cable? If it is not an IPTV, please ensure the IPTV service on the Deco is disabled, otherwise, there will be no internet on the second LAN port on the main Deco M5. You may check the settings as below:
