Configuration file needed for HUAWEI E3372 LTE USB stick Modem
Hello,
My TL-MR3020 is unable to identify the 4G modem that I plugged in.
It is requiring me to upload a new configuration file for the 4G modem, which is a common HUAWEI E3372 LTE USB stick. This file is supposed to be downloaded from www.tp-link.com, but I can not find it on the website.
Anybody can help, please?
Thanks

Hello,
Please plug the USB Modem into a computer directly and make sure you can get the Internet from USB Modem at first.
Then please make sure your USB modem and ISP are on the compatibility list of TL-MR3020: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list.html?model=TL-MR3220
If your USB Modem or ISP is not listed in the above compatibility list, and the USB Modem is still recognized as " Unplugged", sorry to tell you this should a compatibility issue between the USB Modem and the 3G/4G router. It is recommended to consider another USB Modem& ISP which are compatible or you could consider other 3G/4G routers.
Your understanding is much appreciated!
