Hi, please let me know the specific firmware version of your MR3020, and after you insert the E3372-325 into the MR3020, please wait for a while, then send me screenshot of 3G/4G Settings page on MR3020 and also save a system log for analysis.
By the way, if you insert the USB modem into a computer directly, is it working fine?
