Deco X60 shows disconnected in app, yet unit has a solid green light
Randomly one of my slave units will show in the app in a disconnected state, yet the light remains solid green. Whenever this occurs, my iOS devices tell me they are unable to connect to the WIFI, but all other devices remain connected and can find the internet with no issues. The only way I can get rid of the disconnected state is to unplug the unit for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Once done, all iOS devices connect back up and the "disconnected" status in the app changes to online. Anyone else encounter this? It happens randomly. I could go an entire day without it occuring (rare) or it could happen up to four times in one day.

I updated some days ago to the beta (see my previous post) and I have to say that it is working a whole lot better! --> 0 disconnects.
I am, however, in a strange situation as my girlfriend went away on a trip for a week so the load on my network is far lower than usual.
When she's back and everything returns to normal I'll report back my findings. Let's hope the X60 stay as stable as it has been the last couple of days, when she returns.

Well, some positive results for sure over the past 3 days. Even though the slaves showed as disconnected randomly within the app, they maintained connections to devices, which tells me there is a cosmetic glitch within the app and not a functional one with the slave units themselves.
Unfortunately, I did have the master deco power-cycle itself today. I was on a live stream via Zoom when the room dropped me. I looked up at the master deco and the indicator light was the yellow-green colour. It then turned solid red, and remained for about 10-15 seconds. It then went solid green, and when I went into the app, both slaves were disconnected. I waited a further 15 seconds or so, the app refreshed, and everything was back online. The master deco has not done this in a long time, so it could have been anything (i.e. ISP issue).
I will wait for a few more days now, before I call the Deco x60 fixed. This beta firmware should be released IMO.

Quick update here as well.
I've had the 1.2.4 Build 20200707 Rel. 35081 firmware installed and run for about a week now. It's a totally different experience from the previous official firmware. Connections are stable now. Satellite units no longer shown as disconnnected. I did notice the LED light on one of the satellite units turn red once or twice but I didn't notice any change in connections, including the desktop hardwired to it. So may be a false signal?
I also checked the system log on the the unit. Nothing was generated under "Critical". However the log generated a lot of messages under "Error" and "Warning". I have no idea what any of those means, so I just want to flag that in case that's something TP-Link engineers need to look at.
I will continue monitoring and give update if there's anything new but so far I'm happy with the performance of the new firmware.

@KomodoInc @TP-Link Deco For me, in the "CRITICAL" log (btw, admins, "Critical" is spelled wrong on the web admin portal. You have is spelled "CRITIAL") I see what's pasted below. I did a google search but no obvious reasons as to why. I would agree the slaves are much more stable now.

Then, from your posts, I see it's better but still some smaller bug to be addressed by TP Link specialists. Let's hope they'll fix it soon in official release.

Any problems so far? My network is fudging up today, not sure because of the new firmware (1.2.5 Build 20200709 Rel. 46606) i updated today or the ISP, but something is not going right for me today although I haven't seen real indications from the units. I'll call my ISP to see if there's any problems but want to ask if anyone has seen anything unusual yet.
Thanks,

@KomodoInc Mine has been working perfectly since update - as far as I noticed.

@imikem It seems to be more stable, it's not a daily occurence anymore, although yesterday evening all slaves (but one that was connected through ethernet) showed disconnected and I had to unplug the master to get them back connected. Not sure what was going on there. Let's hope it was a one off.
