Deco X60 shows devices offline

Hi!
My deco X60 shows offline devices on the app and on the web page.
Here,'s my configuration :
LAN IP
LAN IP : 10.0.0.1
Mash : 255.255.0.0
DHCP
Start : 10.0.0.2
End : 10.0.255.254
Gateway : 10.0.0.1
I set static IP of my home devices on the 10.0.1.x subnet (TV, light, vaccum, soundbar etc...) but I only see the the 10.0.0.x devices as online devices... The devices was visible before but since few days, they are gone and I don't known why...
It's just a interface issue but this cause another issue : I can not set port forwarding rule on a offline device 😞
Is the issue about offline devices known? Will it be fixed?
Is it possible de allow manual IP port forwading rule or allow rules to an offline device?

EDIT : After a main deco router restart, the devices came back.
