Hi, for your issue, we would like to do some troubleshooting first.
May I know which line is connected to the modem? It is telephone line(DSL line) or Ethernet cable?
If it is Ethernet cable connected to the modem, please follow the instruction to configure it to be wireless router mode. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2574/
Note: If there is no VLAN ID from your ISP, please disable VLAN ID.
If it is the telephone cable connected to the modem, please tell us the lights' status on the modem.
Please select the ISP List to Other and check again if you can go further.
