Hello,

I have Archer C5 (not C50, C5 wasn't in options), i can see both networks created by router, but none of them have access to the internet. I followed the guide here https://www.tp-link.com/la/support/faq/428/ but none of the steps worked. This happened for the second time, first time (14 days ago) I got to make it work, this time I'm helpless.

@N.H

What is the led status of the Archer C5 V4?

Please show us a screenshot of the status page.

If there is no valid internet IP address, try to reconfigure it with the username and password given by ISP.

If it has internet IP already, try to change the DNS server under LAN settings page.

Besides, cause the Archer C5 V4 is a customized product based on the specific requests of ISP, you can give a call to your ISP to get some help.

Good day.
