The powerline light has gone off on the extender (the one connected to the router) and there is no wifi away from the router, I get a good signal stood next to the router, everything I've tried, switching it off-on, pressing the pairing button on both extender and adapter, pressing and holding the pairing buton for 10secs., nothing seems to work. I am connecting to a Virgin Media router. Any ideas or has the kit packed up?

Thanks

Cliff

Hi,

It is suggested to move them into the same room together and plug them into the wall sockets to pair them. Below is the instruction:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2231/

Besides, you can download the tpPLC utility and use it to pair the new adapter.

May it help and have a nice day.
