Model: TL-WPA4220 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: unknown

Not sure on the hardware version, sorry.

Bought last May, works fine, tonight I decided that I wanted to rename my Extender, and have it worked as an actual extender, rather than a different SSID.

The AV600 connects to the internet without issue, works fine.

The problem, is that I am unable to manage it.

I am unable to connect to the portal, when I try, I get the following page https://tplinkwifi.net/

I am defintely connected to the correct device, and the device is connected to the router, I have internet.

I have downloaded the TP Utility and run a scan of my home network, no devices found.

When I check for wifi networks, the TP-Link_79cc pops up in my list of available networks.

I was tempted to say, stuff it, but it's bugging me now.

@Nottelling

Hi,

Since the TL-WPA4220 V1.2, this version is a little old and might have some issue with the latest version of powerline utility.

Please try to use the following one to have a look:

thank you very much.
