Hello everyone!

2 months ago I changed my TP-LINK WR740N to ARCHER A7

From the first day I saw it isn't much better than it, sometimes slow internet, like took me up to 10 seconds to acces google

Today encounter something I don't know how to deal with, it keeps shutting down my internet connection from 10 to 10 minutes, It is slow, I try to go speed test, it goes up to 16 MB/S in the first 5 to 10 seconds and after 5 seconds going to 2-3 MB/S , when almost going to upload it shows me off an SOCKET ERROR for download

Tried LAN connection, not much better, almost the same

Well, I don't know how to deal with that

Running PPPoE ; Firmware upgrade up to date

Thanks in advance!

Are you running any particular program or streaming a certain webiste, like netflix, when problem happens?

I don't know how many devices you have and what they are, but it's better to test with only device connected.

Contact tplink support if problem still happens.
