Archer C9 V1 Firmware no new updates since 2016 and no ddns like C9 v3 and v4

Archer C9 V1 Firmware no new updates since 2016 and no ddns like C9 v3 and v4

I purchased my Archer C9 V1 over three ago. I have noticed in the UK that the firmware has not had an updated for over two years but the US has. I recently purchased the deco M5 and was looking at DDNS and noticed on the https://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-1367.html. This FAQ is suitable for TP-Link wireless router with cloud functions, such as Archer C8 V3, Archer C9 V3/V4 and so on. So why is this not included with people who own Archer C9 V1?
I feel I have been ripped off as I did not have the same functions as V3 and V4.
