Archer C9 V1 not working since powercut

I fear it might be fubar.. When it is turned on the WPS and 2 usb symbols light up for around 6 seconds, then go off. After 5 more seconds the power light blinks rapidly15 times then turns off. Doesn't come back on until you cycle the power, then repeats the above. Tried holding the reset button down and 30-30-30, no change . Help!!!
