I have purchased the AX1500 about 3 weeks ago. My router is randomly rebooting as well. i have the latest firmware, and at the most recent times of restart i was using the wired connection. so ALL connections go out. The wifi light turns orange, then all the lights go out and recycle. after a couple of minutes all connections are restored. Do i need to return this product? In this forum i see alot of people having this issue over the past couple of months with no resolve apperantly.

@brother3093 Hi all, this appears to be a hardware issue with revision 1.0. Issues still persist with firmware v1.0.2.

Hi,
I have
Archer AX10 v1.0 with 1.0.9 Build 20200825 Rel. 1847 and face a restart issue when the download is higher than 20MB/s.
Is there a BUG for this ? is there a solution ?

This week I bought an Archer AX10 / AX1500 and have the same problem which many users related in this topic, the router behave yourself rebooting randomly. The only solution that I could find to keep using the router was disable 2G network and only keep 5G network or the other way around. With both networks enabled at the same time every time I ran a speed test in 5G network the router was rebooted despite the same in 2G network load test run perfectly. My router is set with Dynamic IP in WAN Connection, DHCP enabled with many devices set in the address reservation list. In my wireless settings Smart Connect is disabled and MU-MIMO enabled. Initially I set an PPPoE connection but I thought it could be I trick from my ISP, so I changed again to dynamic IP.
Now with only 5G enabled the router runs very well with a high performance and since I changed it didn't reboot yourself. My 2G network is set with my old router as another network which also comes directly from my ISP modem as set in AX1500.
My firmware is up to date:
Firmware Version:
1.0.2 Build 20200706 Rel. 8066(5553)
Hardware Version:
Archer AX10 v1.20

Hi, thanks for bringing this up again.
I want to confirm if you encounter this restart issue every time when you try to download something and the speed is higher than 20MB/s, or this is just random? How about other activities in your network, are they normal?
BTW, when you mean the AX10 restart, does it mean all the LEDs on it flash off then on automatically? How long will this restart lasts?
Try to reset the AX10 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch to give it a go.
Thanks.

Hi, just to verify, how many devices are connected to the AX10 when both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz are enabled? How many devices are connected when only 2.4GHz or 5GHz is enabled?

Hi again,
I have:
5 devices with 2.4G connected
2 device with a cable
1 device with 5GZ connected
I get a restart only on the 5G one

Kevin,
Actually I have 10 clients connected 7 devices in 5Ghz, 3 devices cable connected but 2Ghz network is disabled. With this set until now the router is stable even when running speed test. When it was instable 2Ghz 9 devices were connected being 2 devices cable connected, 2 devices in 2Ghz network, 5 devices in 5Ghz network.
The weird is that when running speed test in any device in 5Ghz network after measuring download rate from my Internet connection the router was rebooted instantly. It seems that when it requires a high network load with 2Ghz network enabled at the same time the router can't handle both networks at the same time and reboot yourself. It's important to say that when running speed test in 2Ghz network with 5Ghz network enabled the router does not reboot yourself but I can't get the high speed as in 5Ghz network.

Has there been any updates on this issue?
I am running an AX1500 with the following firmware - 1.0.5 Build 20200825 Rel. 38196.
I am rebooting the router once or twice a day due to wifi dropouts.
