Got this router yesterday (29-Sep-2021).

After finish setup this router to the internet, the router starts to reboot every 10 minutes. 

 

Tried to upgrade the firmware to the latest one, change the power supply, move to a well ventilated placed, but still having this reboot issue every 10 minutes even with no user connecting. (The power button indicator on the router just went OFF and then ON back after 10 minutes)

 

Then now i used back my old Router (DLINK), and set this AX10 as access point. However, the AX10 still reboot randomly every 1 - 2 hours. (D-Link Router didn't reboot)

 

Tried to contact support,  but got no respond.

 

Hopefully someone from this community can help.

Change the power socket where you plug the device to rule out any power socket/strip issue.

When changing power supply make sure the new one has the same electrical characteristics like the original - it's preferable to use the original one.

If nothing helps then contact your retailer or local support with the issue explained.

Is it possible to take a video of the reboot issue when it is working as the main router? What kind of modem does it connect to? What's the model of it?
