AX1500 (AX10) Intermittent Internet Connectivity
Dear TPLink,
I am experiencing an issue with my AX1500/AX10, my internet connectivity was disrupted on 28th June afternoon, till now it still remained the same.
My source has been verified by my ISP with technician onsite, everything is fine with direct connection to the modem.
Just that once connected via AX1500, the internet connection becomes intermittent (on/off).
To the point that I cannot even complete the Speedtest.net 's connectivity test. Loading of page is slow and unstable.
The AX1500 firmware is currently the latest, and its correct to my hardware type (Ver 1.0)
Is there anyway to downgrade the firmware to an earlier version as I am out of means to try. I even bought another new AX1500 off the rack from the retail store HW Ver 1.2.
It upgraded the firmware to the latest version 1.3.1 _ 220401 when I introduce it to my modem, and it is still not working well. Connectivity is intermittent like the Ver 1.0 that I have.
I am at my limit to try to resolve the issue, does any experts here have a solution to this?
