Everyone, make sure you have checked the settings here: Doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes > H200 > Duration.
- If 'As Ringtone' is selected, the duration of the hub ringing when the doorbell is pressed will be set to the same duration as the hub's normal ringtone (set in the Hub's device's page).
- If 'Custom' is selected, it means you can set a separate, custom duration for the hub to ring when the doorbell is pressed.
**If the connected hub does not appear on the Paired Chimes page, or the app won't find the H200 when attempting to add a new chime, check this article for solution. What to do if Tapo H200 hub keeps ringing when Tapo doorbell D230 is pressed?

Did you change the ringtone duration here? >> Doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes.
Check if there are any existing automation (Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation) that might trigger the hub to ring by doorbell presses.
What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo hub (which model?) and the doorbell?

I also have a D230S1 with an H200 Hub and since the last firmware update (version 1.4.0 Build 20250109 rel 40191) Tapo Hub Keeps Ringing for minutes when Tapo Bell D230S1 is pressed. I also reset both Hub and Bell and set to stop after 3 seconds, but it keep ringing. The d230 does not have a setting "paired chimes" in the doorbell settings. Please help.

My hub has started doing the same thing, ring does not stop and it always rings Jingle Bells. I went into the app and duration had changed to 10 minutes, I have adjusted that and changed the ringtone in the app back to a conventional chime and when triggering a ring in the app it works correctly but when the doorbell is pressed it still plays Jingle Bells continually.

Found the "paired chimes" setting now, go into the doorbell, select the settings, go to "doorbell", then you find " paired chines". Make sure the settings here and in the hub match and it should work.

@SINGHU I have had the same issue since yesterday. I would also note that when I went into the hub settings, ring time was set for 5 minutes, which I had not set. Changing the length or time, or ring tone, seems to happen on the app, but the hub doesn't seem to register the change.

@Wayne-TP Hi,
my hub H200 no longer responds to what you enter on the app. It keeps ringing until you disconnect the power. The duration of the ring is set to 4 seconds. I have reset everything several times but nothing helps.
