I would like to request that motion alerts from the doirbell feature is added and pushed to app and to internal chime. So that it can play a sound on the chimewhen movement is detected outside.
Or am I missing something here?
The Ring doorbell and chime has this feature.

Tapo doorbell supports motion detection. If you want to have an alarm sound on the hub when the doorbell detects movement or person, you can do that through automation.
First, change the doorbell's wake-up mode to Event Detected. Go to doorbell Device Settings page in the Tapo app > Detection > Wake-up Settings.
Then, create an automation for the needed scenario. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app
For example:
[When] Tapo D230 Person Detected
[Then] Ring Tapo H200
