No Notifications or Connection Alerts from Deco

Occasionally we have received feedback that users are not receiving notifications from the Deco APP about updates or when a new device joins the network.
In this article, we will provide some possible suggestions for your consideration.
1. First, Make sure your Deco firmware and Deco both are up-to-date.
2. Make sure "Notifications" are enabled on the Deco APP>APP Settings> Notifications
3. Confirm that "Connection Alerts' are properly configured.How to configure the Connection Alerts feature on the Deco app
4. Then check whether there is a notification in the "Message" of Deco.
- If there isn't either, please help us reproduce the issue again and save the APP log & system log after:
- Force close, then reopen the Deco APP
- Forget and reconnect the device to the Deco Mesh to manually trigger the connection alert.
- Submit the Deco APP log(How to submit Deco APP log) together with the web UI system log(Deco web interface login).
- If there is, "Connection Alers" and "Notifications" on the Deco are working properly, there might be something wrong with the interaction between the Deco APP and your mobile phone.
- Confirm that "Allow Notification" has been enabled for the Deco APP on your mobile phone. Usually, it is under Settigns>Notification>Select "Deco"
- Check whether you can receive notifications from other APPs on the phone.
- Log into the same account ID on another mobile phone to see whether it received notification.
- Still no improvement, please submit the Deco APP log togther with the model number & OS of the smart phone.
