Internet droping problem

Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: Archer C6(EU)_V4_1.13.6 Build 240430

Archer C6 stops responding every 5-10 minutes and then starts working again. I have tried other routers, mobile hotspots and the issue does not occur. When the Wi-Fi does not work, I am not even able to ping the router address. Router stays connected but does not respond. I have to reconnect again to the router to fix the issue. But again after reconnecting, the router stops responding in a few minutes

I upgrade beta firmware on Archer C6  But problem not solved. This problem has been going on for the past two months. Please fix this issue.

@Tauhid21  I am also facing this same problem in My Archer C80 router. I have been posting for two months to solve the problem. But I am not getting any solution. Worst customer support 😞 .

Hi @Tauhid21,

When the internet drops, did you try to test the ISP internet? If the Router Internet LED turns red/orange occasionally:
    1) Connect a PC directly into your modem to verify if your ISP Internet is stable.
    2) Make sure the Ethernet cable between your modem and the Router is connected properly, replaced old cables with new ones.
    3) Change the DNS Server of the Router, login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, change the two DNS Servers into 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?
    4) Go to Advanced > System > Firmware Update to upgrade the firmware of the Router. How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers?
